Short and honest. By creating an AlbScore account or using the score calculator you agree to these terms.

1 · What AlbScore is

AlbScore is a free educational tool that calculates a transparent 300–900 credit-style score from financial information you provide, explains every factor behind it, and lets you share the result with a lender under your explicit, revocable consent.

2 · What AlbScore is not

• It is not a licensed credit bureau and is not supervised by the Bank of Albania or the Central Bank of Kosovo.
• Your AlbScore is not an official credit report from the Bank of Albania Credit Registry or the Kosovo Credit Registry (CRK), and may differ from any score a bank uses.
• It is not financial advice and not a credit decision. No lending outcome is promised, implied, or guaranteed.

3 · Accuracy is on both of us

The score is only as truthful as the details you enter. We commit to computing it with the published, transparent method; you commit to entering honest information — especially before sharing a score with a lender. Deliberately sharing a score built on false information with a lender may constitute fraud under Albanian or Kosovar law, and is entirely your responsibility.

4 · Your account

• One account per person; you must be 18 or older.
• Keep your password to yourself. Sessions expire after 30 days.
• You can export or permanently delete your data at any time — see the Privacy Notice.

5 · Lender access

Lenders may view an applicant's score only through a valid consent code created by the applicant, only while it is unexpired and unrevoked, and only for assessing that applicant's request. Automated harvesting, code guessing, or storing results beyond the consent window is prohibited and rate-limited/blocked.

6 · Fair use

No scraping, no attempting to break authentication or rate limits, no reselling access, no using the platform to harass or defraud anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

7 · Liability

AlbScore is provided "as is", free of charge. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions any lender makes, for losses arising from information you entered, or for temporary unavailability of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Albanian or Kosovar law.

8 · Changes

If these terms change materially, you will be shown the new version and asked to agree before continuing. Questions: arsendoda@gmail.com.
